Article 5 of Chapter 263:

【Robbery】

Whoever robs public or private property by violence, coercion or other methods shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years and shall also be fined; under any of the following circumstances, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than ten years, life imprisonment or death and shall be fined or confiscated property.

([-]) Entering into a house to rob;

([-]) Robbery on public transport;

([-]) robbing banks or other financial institutions;

([-]) Repeated robbery or a huge amount of robbery;

([-]) Serious injury or death caused by robbery;

([-]) Robbing by pretending to be military or police personnel;

([-]) Robbery with guns;

([-]) Looting military supplies or supplies for emergency rescue, disaster relief, or relief.
